Animation Festival taking place in Perugia, Italy, December 1-8, is centered on the relationships among the animated image, the visual arts, comic strips, video games, and new media, and offers its audience a program articulated in a series of multimedia exhibits and projects, audiovisual performances, seminars and lectures. A new series "ShowBiz Sundays at The Drama Bookshop" begins December 4 in New York as a new series of career building events, presentations and discussions. "Publicity, Talent and the Media" is the title of  a talk by Mitchell Charles Messinger, Director of Media Relations at ABC Daytime Entertainment in charge of the national publicity campaign for the network's number one daytime drama "General Hospital, in Santa Monica on December 5. The Digital Livingroom Summit takes place December 5-6 in Foster City, and addresses the technologies and services that are transforming the living room into a digital hub. "Women in Entertainment (Power 100) Breakfast," is part of THR's annual ranking of female executives in the entertainment industry, and happens December 6 in Beverly Hills.  At ASCAP Straight Talk, each week a representative from ASCAP's Nashville office is on hand to lead this meeting for those seeking advice and feedback about their songwriting career, all you need do is call in your RSVP. The 48th Annual Grammy Awards Nominations Announced will be announced in New York on December 7. For Impact Mobile 2005, experts show you how to deliver your message to consumers using mobile marketing with a focus on Hollywood and home entertainment industry, taking place December 13 in Los Angeles. "Authors Mingle With Literary Agents Panel Presented by Breaking Into Hollywood" is the title for the December 14 panel of an ongoing series about the entertainment industry, in Los Angeles. A "How to Jump-Start Your Career Workshop Breakfast" takes place in Los Angeles on December 17. Network and enjoy refreshments at the Filmmakers Connection Party, December 19 in Malverne, which will also allow you to bring film clips to show them on a VHS player. Writing the One-Hour Dramatic Teleplay is the focus of a one-day workshop meeting on UCLA campus July 6 in Los Angeles. Los Angeles Area Emmy Nominations covering Broadcast and Cable Previews are set to be announced July 7 in Los Angeles.
